Responsible Gambling

Last updated:

At Aviator Casino AU we are committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems. This page provides information to help you stay in control.

18+ Only

This website and the casinos we feature are strictly for persons aged 18 years and over. If you are under 18, please leave this site immediately. We strongly support measures to prevent underage gambling.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Watch for these warning signs in yourself or someone you know:

  • Spending more money or time gambling than intended.
  • Chasing losses — betting more to try to recover past losses.
  • Neglecting responsibilities, work, family, or health due to gambling.
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling.
  • Hiding gambling activity from family or friends.
  • Using gambling as a way to escape stress or negative emotions.

How to Stay in Control

Use the following tools and strategies to keep gambling safe and enjoyable:

  • Set a budget: Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Never use funds earmarked for rent, bills, or food.
  • Set time limits: Decide before you start how long you will play, and stick to it.
  • Use casino deposit limits: Most licensed casinos allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings.
  • Take breaks: Step away regularly. Never gamble when tired, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Self-exclude: If gambling is becoming a problem, use the self-exclusion tools available at individual casinos or through the national BetStop register.

BetStop – National Self-Exclusion Register

BetStop is Australia's national self-exclusion register. Registering prevents you from opening accounts or placing bets with all licenced Australian wagering services. Visit betstop.gov.au or call 1800 238 786 for free support.
